To Release Sleep Without Dreams On May 20th; Catch Them On Tour with Set Your Goals

In three years time, Chicago\'s 2*Sweet has evolved from an impromptu sham band into Alternative Press Magazine\'s \"#1 Unsigned Band of 2007.\" Their silly N*Sync, World Wrestling Federation inspired name aside, the band has quickly become known for their energetic live show and relentless efforts to create a blend of music they can call their own. Their debut full length CD Sleep Without Dreams was recorded at Vudu Studios in Long Island NY with esteemed producer Mike Watts (As Tall As Lions). The record carefully fuses heavy riffs from their 90\'s rock and metal influences with epic operatic vocals and pop hooks found in today\'s arena rock circuit.

2*Sweet has hooked up with national retailer Hot Topic who will carry the CD in select stores. The album presale has been steadily climbing on Smartpunk.com\'s charts currently holding the #9 spot (and climbing.)

Starting May 19th 2*Sweet have secured a spot touring with Set Your Goals, Hit The Lights and I Am The Avalanche just in time to take their record out for a test drive on the road.
