May 17th, 2007 HOLLYWOOD RECORDING ARTISTS PLAIN WHITE T’S TO MAKE SEVERAL GUEST APPEARNCES ON NEW ABC FAMILY SERIES “GREEK” BAND TO PERFORM HIT SINGLE “HEY THERE DELILAH” ON JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE JUNE 8 PLAIN WHITE T’S JUST ADDED TO KROQ’S WEENIE ROAST MAY 19TH
LOS ANGELES, CA – Hollywood recording artists Plain White T’s will make several guest appearances on the new ABC Family series, Greek (www.virtualrush.com). The show, which premieres in July, focuses on collegiate life and the social minefield that is the Greek system. The Chicago-based T’s (vocalist Tom Higgenson, guitarists Dave Tirio and Tim Lopez, bassist Mike Retondo and drummer De’Mar Hamilton) will make appearances playing themselves both in speaking roles and performing as The Plain White T’s.
Television viewers can also watch the T’s on the June 8th episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, when they’ll perform hit single “Hey There Delilah”.
The T’s, who have been on the road in support of Hollywood debut EVERY SECOND COUNTS, are currently finishing up their first-ever headlining tour and have been added to the star-studded lineup performing at the May 19th KROQ’s Weenie Roast.
EVERY SECOND COUNTS, the group’s third album and first for Hollywood, features the hit “Hey There Delilah,” a track that continues to resonate with fans nationwide and is currently top five at Alternative radio. The song’s video, which was the number one streamed video at mtvU for months is currently in rotation on MTV2 and Fuse.

May 16th, 2007 Blessthfall Front Man Injured On Set Of Music Video; Band Forced To Cancel 5 Dates; Upcoming Tour Dates With Protest The Hero And Stint On Vans Warped Tour To Go On As Scheduled
Arizona's Blessthefall have been forced to cancel the five remaining dates of their tour with Four Letter Lie after front man Craig Mabbitt was injured on the set of the band's new music video earlier this week.

While shooting the first scene in Pennsyvania on Monday, Mabbitt was accidentally hit in the face by band mate Eric Lambert's guitar, resulting in several broken teeth and injuries to his face.

Blessthefall's upcoming dates with Protest the Hero and their summer stint on the Smartpunk Stage at Vans Warped Tour will go on as scheduled (see dates below)

Lambert has posted the following update for the band's fans:

"We were shooting our new video with I Endeavor Media out in the middle of nowhere in Pennsylvania. We did our first shot in the basement of a barn.

It was a very tight area with not much room and someone was bound to get hurt at sooner or later. It unfortunately had to happen to Craig.

The story is that I threw my guitar back thinking Craig wasn't near me and when I ripped my guitar forward, Craig's teeth and flesh came with it. We immediately stopped to see if he was okay. When he looked up at me I thought we were going to have to cancel the shoot. His face was a mess with broken teeth, a bloody eye, and a huge blood blister on his lower lip. He was in a good amount of pain, but he just took a few swigs of water, a sit down, and then was ready to get the shoot back on track.

We eventually finished the video shoot and were completely stoked that Craig was able to finish. Unfortunately we soon found out that it is near impossible to sing without your front teeth. We had to make a decision that night and the only way we would be able to continue as a full band on our upcoming tours is if we sent Craig home the next day to get his teeth fixed.

After coming to that conclusion, we realized we couldn't find a replacement for him in that short amount of time for the next couple shows. We were forced to cancel the next 5 shows but we will still be attending to hang out with the fans and the bands. We plan on making up the 5 dates in the near future.

We never cancel shows but we found we had to make an exception this time. All other upcoming tour dates (Protest the Hero and Warped Tour) will go on as scheduled because Craig should be up and ready by that time.

We've been receiving a lot of support from the fans and we are truly grateful for all of their concern. And again, we are very sorry that we can't do the last leg of this current tour. We will see you guys soon and we'll rock out!"
